Prolife HDPE Pressure pipes
Pro Water Rwanda Ltd produces PROLIFE HDPE pressure pipes using premium PE100 material—the third generation of pipe-grade polyethylene. These pipes are lightweight, flexible, corrosion-free, and built for long-term performance with a service life of up to 50 years.
- Material: PE100 (Third-generation pipe-grade PE)
- Minimum Required Strength (MRS): 10.0 MPa (1450 psi)
- Hydrostatic Design Basis (HDB): 11 MPa (1600 psi)
- Allowable Compressive Strength: 7.93 MPa
- Tensile Strength at Yield: 23 MPa
- Elongation at Break: >600%
- Modulus of Elasticity (50 years): 200 MPa
- Flexural Modulus: 1000 MPa
- Poisson’s Ratio: 0.45
- Thermal Expansion Coefficient: 1.3 × 10⁻⁴ °C⁻¹
- Pressure Ratings: PN6.3, PN8, PN10, PN12.5, PN16, PN20, PN25
- Available Diameters: 16 mm to 300 mm
PROLIFE HDPE pipes are designed for strength, flexibility, and long-term reliability. They are joined using two main methods:

Foot Valve

Male Adapters
Connect HDPE pipes to threaded components or systems with a strong, watertight male-threaded end.
Male Elbows
Provide a threaded 90° connection between HDPE pipes and other fittings, ideal for compact installations.
PE Reducer Coupling
Join HDPE pipes of different diameters securely, maintaining steady flow and pressure balance.
Saddle clamps
